Club Esteem Celebrates the Remarkable Achievements of the Class of 2024
Melbourne, FL – June 30, 2024 – Club Esteem is proud to celebrate the exceptional accomplishments of its graduating Class of 2024. These outstanding seniors have not only excelled academically but have also made a significant impact within their communities and beyond. Each graduate’s story is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and resilience, reflecting the core values of Club Esteem. As these young adults prepare to embark on the next exciting chapter of their lives, we are honored to share their inspiring journeys.
Talia Jackson has graduated from Palm Bay Magnet High School with a resume that showcases her dedication and ambition. Talia was actively involved in AVID, the Sea Perch Team, and Delta @ EMS. She gained valuable real-world experience through an internship at the Law Office of Amy B. Van Fossen, PA, and earned a Cyber Fundamentals Scholar Certificate from Florida Tech. Her academic and extracurricular excellence earned her multiple scholarships, including those from Take Stock in Children and various sororities. Talia will begin her college journey at Eastern Florida State College before transferring to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) to pursue a degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. Her ultimate goal is to attend law school and become a Family Law Attorney.
Tylan Jones, a Palm Bay High School graduate, has distinguished himself with a 3.9 GPA and a robust involvement in numerous activities. Tylan was an integral member of the school band, orchestra, National Honor Society, student government, and FIRST Robotics. His musical talents earned him the Director’s Award for Band and Superior ratings at Solo and Ensemble performances. He also received the Young Gifted and Black Award during the 2022 Juneteenth Celebration and was a gold medalist in the NAACP ACTSO program. This fall, Tylan will attend Bethune Cookman University on a full scholarship, where he plans to major in Computer Science.
Niana Hill, another Palm Bay Magnet High School graduate, excelled both academically and athletically. A multi-sport athlete, Niana earned letterman honors in basketball and golf, and was recognized as the Defensive Player of the Game multiple times. In the classroom, she consistently made the A&B Honor Roll. Niana plans to continue her basketball career at the college level while majoring in Business. She is currently considering several college offers, with aspirations of becoming a real estate agent and entrepreneur.
De’Zaun Love, also a graduate of Palm Bay Magnet High School, has made his mark both on the basketball court and in the classroom. De’Zaun was frequently recognized as Player of the Game for his skill and sportsmanship. This fall, he will attend Eastern Florida State College, with plans to transfer to a university to major in Business with a minor in Marketing. De’Zaun’s long-term goal is to become a successful entrepreneur and own multiple businesses.
Octavian Osby has been a dedicated member of Club Esteem since the third grade and is now a proud graduate of Palm Bay Magnet High School. Octavian excelled in both football and wrestling, earning multiple championship titles at the district and state levels. His passion for technology and engineering led him to participate in Club Esteem’s coding and STEM programs, as well as the ACTSO Robotics Program. Octavian’s future plans include pursuing a doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering and establishing a career as a real estate agent and entrepreneur.
These graduates exemplify the transformative power of support, guidance, and determination. Club Esteem is immensely proud of their achievements and looks forward to the significant contributions they will make in their respective fields.
